Citizen Briefing
A plan is underway by a group of Californians (National Popular Vote) to manipulate the Electoral College system. This plan would decrease voters' representation in presidential elections, destabilize national politics, and open doors for widespread vote fraud. Michigan's legislators are currently being lobbied to adopt this plan (SB 598) and ignore Michigan voters. This legislation has been adopted in five states.
